CREATIVE DIRECTOR - MARKETING — Primary Residential Mortgage — 2019-2022
PRMI is a national mortgage company with over 300 branches in 49 states.
Creative Directed the 2022 Telly Award-winning recruiting campaign “Awesome Josh” which led to an increase in over $50 million in new revenue partners for PRMI.
Managed video, digital, print, and broadcast campaigns at PRMI, covering internal communication, B2B branding and recruiting, B2C marketing campaigns and branding, as well as live events. Over 250 pieces of marketing collateral were created from 2019-2022 during which time PRMI revenue grew from approximately $8 billion to $12 billion.
Worked with the VP of marketing and company President to oversee integration of all marketing and branding material throughout over 320 branches nationwide using Surefire, Falcon, and other CRM.
Creative directed a complete company rebrand in the summer and fall of 2022 to launch a multi-million-dollar branding and advertising campaign.
